Meet Mixologist Kevin Beary
Kevin Beary is an award-winning mixologist and the Beverage Director at Three Dots and a Dash, considered Chicago’s premiere tropical bar and craft cocktail destination. Named one of the World’s 50 Best Bartenders by Drinks International, Kevin has also opened The Bamboo Room, a private 22 seat lounge, which has been recognized as one of Esquire’s “Best Bars in America.”
Kevin enjoys incorporating modern techniques across multiple cocktail styles as while still adhering to traditional methods and cocktail recipes.
Kevin was previously the General Manager of the NoMi, an award-winning restaurant and bar in the Park Hyatt Chicago.
